Annual Summer Picnic & Meeting

FVLT Confluence Barn, 29 Rock Creek Rd.

*This invitation is extended to all Rock Creek residents & property owners regardless of RCPA membership. *

We will be furnishing Smoked chicken wings, pulled pork and buns.

Soft drinks & water will be provided, BYOB, salads and desserts appreciated!

AGENDA:

1:30 – Daniel Minelli (President) and other members will give an update on current and future projects.

2:00 – 3:00 – Winnie Lohof, MSc American Red Cross SWMT Community Disaster Program Manager will present “Be Red Cross Ready” which will cover how to prepare for natural disasters by building a communication plan with your family as well as a go-bag for quick evacuation.

3:00 – Picnic lunch served and drawings for door prizes!
